Charles has over 10 years of experience in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution sectors in both on and off grid systems.

He is a member of the World Energy Council’s FEL-100 Program, a representative member of the Large Electric Council’s Group Cigre B3.43 and a member of the Malawi Board of Engineers. Charles holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malawi – The Polytechnic, a Master’s Degree in Leadership and change management from Leeds Metropolitan University and has trained in Power Systems, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Contract Management, Risk Management and Project Finance

Emmanuel Nanthuru has over 11 years of experience as a contractor and a consultant in the Construction Industry.

He is a registered Graduate Engineer with the Malawi Board of Engineers and a member of The Malawi Institution of Engineers. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. He also has a certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analysis Using SPSS and STATA from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College.
